Last week I decided that I really wanted an Of Montreal t-shirt. I didn’t want to make one because I wanted to actually buy one to give the band some credit, so I went to polyvinylrecords.com to look in their online shop. I found a lovely shirt for $12, and shipping was $2.88 because I opted for the media mail option. I also threw in an Owen panda bear pin for $1 just for kicks.
Man were they fast! By the end of that same day that I placed my order, they had already processed the order and shipped it out to go. It arrived today, and much to my surprise, this is what came in the mail:
Not only was the delivery prompt, but they also gave me an Of Montreal pin and an Owen sticker! Plus, instead of the shirt being a youth medium in a Hanes 50/50 shirt, it ended up being a girl’s medium American Apparel t-shirt! So it fits better and it’s sweatshop free! and to top it all off, an air head in my favorite flavor, watermelon. Polyvinyl records, you are too cute!
I ordered mine last week, and got it today. That owen sticker is too cute! Too bad, the shirt is too small, but still. I guess I’ll have to grab an owen pin, now, too.
